각 공간의 화면 비율과 출력 구조를 확인하고, 콘텐츠가 의도한 구성과 타이밍으로 구현될 수 있도록 시스템과 플레이백을 조율했습니다. 공간마다 다른 기술 조건을 하나의 운영 기준 안에서 관리하며, 다양한 무대 연출을 안정적으로 지원합니다.

Each venue presented different technical requirements, screen structures, and playback conditions. System configurations were optimized for each environment, allowing content to be delivered with consistent timing, composition, and visual accuracy. A unified operational standard enabled diverse stage environments to be managed as part of one integrated visual system, supporting stable playback throughout the entire event.

Each venue was analyzed individually, considering its screen environment, session schedule, content structure, and playback requirements.

각 무대가 독립적으로 진행되는 상황에서도 동일한 운영 기준을 적용할 수 있도록 콘텐츠 관리 방식과 프로그램 큐, 현장 커뮤니케이션 체계를 정리하고, Hall A, Hall B, Grand Ballroom의 각 무대에는 전담 테크니션을 배치합니다. 테크니션은 개별 무대의 발표 자료와 영상 콘텐츠, 프로그램 큐를 관리하고, 전체 운영팀은 공통 기준에 따라 무대별 상황을 공유합니다.

Operational standards, technician assignments, and communication workflows were established before production began, creating a scalable system across the entire venue. Dedicated technicians managed each stage independently while maintaining communication within a unified operational framework.

무대의 형태와 콘텐츠 구성에 따라 필요한 시스템은 달라집니다. Millumin을 기본으로 Hippotizer와 disguise를 프로젝트 구조에 맞춰 구성하고, 실시간 플레이백과 고도화된 LED 시스템, 3D 맵핑, 멀티 스테이지 환경에 적합한 운영 방식을 적용합니다.

Millumin served as the primary playback platform, while Hippotizer and disguise were deployed according to each stage's technical requirements.

NextRise 2026 was managed as a unified operational system across multiple venues, stages, programs, and hundreds of visual assets. Years of continuous involvement have shaped an operational methodology that evolves with every edition.
